Hi, I'm Keely

I believe that personal training is inherently intimate, embracing the profound connection between the mind and body. I've guided clients of all ages, from teens to seniors, in cultivating a deeper relationship with themselves through movement. My approach integrates mobility, flexibility, and resistance training, aiming not only to address pain management, prevent injuries, and improve posture but also to empower you to feel stronger in every aspect.

Body Awareness & Movement Education
Develop a deeper understanding of movement mechanics and body feedback. Learn to identify the difference between productive effort and discomfort that signals overuse or misalignment. Tune into body’s signals so you can tell the difference between what feels good, what feels challenging, and what feels right.

Integration Practice

Integration work for growth outside of training that includes homework, tips, tricks and ways to stay mindful outside our sessions.
